Learn everything you need to know to start producing vinegar at home.


During the workshop you will learn:

  • techniques how to make vinegar from fruits, herbs, vegetables, wine, honey, beer and malt
  • new inspirations for using vinegars in food,  drinks, pickling and for extracting and preserving tastes
  • how to preserve and age your vinegar
  •  everything about the equipment needed

The workshop consists of:

– theoretical introduction,
– tasting different types of vinegars
– practical part – preparation of your own vinegar
