Join a day-long workshop and explore the world of wild edible plants. You will experience, smell, touch, and taste,  and learn how to use 10 wild edible plants that are  in the season.

This course is dedicated to learning how to make tasty meals with wild vegetables and how to include more of them in your everyday cooking.

Workshop location: Linderöd, Boarpsvägen 323-102

Time: 12.00 to 17.00

We will begin with taking a walk and  learning how to find, identify and collect wild vegetables that are in season.

With gathered plants we  will move to our outside kitchen and learn how to use and enjoy them in different meals. We will finish with eating a 3 course meal prepared from gathered wild ingredients.

The course is suitable for both beginners and people who have some knowledge about edible wild plants.

The course content will vary with the seasons, no two dates will be the same.
