We will walk and learn how to identify and use wild edible plants and mushrooms, their nutritional values, and history. We finish with a small picnic with homemade tasters made with wild and seasonal ingredients.The course is suitable for both beginners and people who have some knowledge about wild plants.
You will learn:
How to start learning about wild edible plants
How to identify and use a minimum of 10 wild edible plants and in autumn walks 5 mushrooms
What safety rules must be followed when collecting wild plants
Which plants are in season
Where to look for them
How to observe cycle of plant’s life and how to look for tastiest wild edibles all year around
Which parts of the plant can be used as a food and how to choose the tastiest
Tried and tested suggestions on cooking, processing tips and recipe ideas
Information of nutritional and medicinal benefits
Each walk lasts 3-3,5 h

Jag gick turen med en liten trevlig grupp nyfikna, i härlig vårsol, och fick massor med ny kunskap på ett trevligt och kunnigt sätt.
Dessutom fick vi smaka på de tillagade växterna, vilket höjde motivationen ett snäpp till -jättegott!
Rekommenderas absolut att gå detta “födosök” även om man inte är någon Robinsson 🙂
